Hell's Bartender is a large and imposing figure who serves Wine of the Dead in the bar at the center of Naraka. He's also very chatty.

Dialogue
When redeeming your first drink ticket:
Bartender: Oh ho, what have we here? Aren't you a bit too young and tender to be frequenting a bar in the back end of Naraka?
You: Hey, I'm tougher than I look!
Bartender: Oh ho, so you say. Well, short stuff, last time I checked, you didn't have to win at arm wrestling to get a drink in my bar. How can I help you?
You: So I won't have to "unleash the beast" after all?
Bartender: Not this time. Enjoy your wine of the dead little demon. You may find it opens some strange doors for you.
When selecting the "Talk" menu option:
