A door is a piece of furniture that allows travel between the storeys of a house. Crafting a door requires the use of a Construction Tool and the Furnituremaking II skill.

Note that crafting a door has a base cost of 250 energy; it is not unusual to have learned Furnituremaking II without enough energy to make a door. Doors are not items; they go in the "Furniture" tab of the Inventory rather than into a bag. They cannot be droped or placed inSDBs; to give one or trade one with another player, it has to be handed over directly.
