An Emotional Bear is required for players to do any emotional gestures toward other players, such as kissing, hugging, or splanking. An Emotional Bear is given to players after they complete the quest to find the Small shiny object with no intrinsic value. It is categorized as a tool and, therefore, can be kept in a toolbox.

- When equipped with Lips, enables you to kiss another player that is on your current street.
