A Garden Gnome is a special item that can be taught to repeat phrases. It can only be dropped inside or close to the owner's house.
Trivia
The "Gnome Army" refers to a giant number of garden gnomes placed outside of the user Helcat's house during an alpha test. The gnomes were all programmed to say 'All Hail Helcat!'
