Naraka is a region only accessible from Hell. To access the region, you must first die (meaning that you go to zero energy) then jump through the hole located on the right hand side of the room. As in Hell, you can squash 11 Bunches of Hellish Grapes to leave any street in Naraka. When you leave, you will go back to the room that you died in.
In various places in Naraka, there are quoins and other items that you may not be able to reach if you are still pooped. You may be able to fix this problem by visiting the Hell Bar.
