Overwhelming Ancestral Nostalgia is a buff that limits your time in the Ancestral Lands regions of Xalanga, Choru, Zhambu, and Baqala. It lasts for 10 real minutes before you are teleported out of the region and the Overwhelmed by Ancestral Nostalgia debuff is started.

Trivia

• Ancestral remnants rewarded by stepping on Dust Traps adds time to the Overwhelming Ancestral Nostalgia buff: Super Old Mitochondrial DNA (60 sec), Golgi Apparatus (40 sec), Endoplasmic Reticulum (20 sec), and Vacuole (10 sec).
• If you leave the Ancestral Lands before the buff finishes, you will return into the region with the same time remaining on the buff.
