Cebarkul is a street in Uralia. It was known to be a crowded, busy place during most of Glitch because of its easy access to the Subway and because the Tool Vendor offered the best prices on buying items from glitchen. Many players considered the Uralian landscape to be the iconic Glitch imagery; no other game offered anything quite like the teal-and-purple mushrooms and floating moss-covered mini-islands.
During the great suicide feat of '24, Cebarkul became the the main gathering place for players looking to die, mourn, or share No-No Powder. After that, it remained busy, and was also popular candy-swapping at Zilloween. Cebarkul was often so crowded that many glitchen were only visible as wireframes; the lag made timing actions difficult but most players enjoyed the odd movements. (If they didn't, they didn't come to Cebarkul.) It was near many resources but, other than the Tool Vendor, didn't have much itself, so it was easy for players to avoid if they didn't like the endless lag.
