Currants are the local currency in the world of Glitch. Currants are used primarily to purchase items from vendors or auctions, and also house purchases.
You can sell your inventory items to vendors or auctions in exchange for currants. Currants can also be gained from picking up currant quoins.
There is currently no way to give away currants to fellow players but you can work around this by initiating a trade with another player in exchange for currants.
