A Firefly is a small animal, not unlike the Butterfly, in that it randomly flies around. Being in the presence of a Firefly triggers the Firefly 3000 Lab quest, which allows the player to get a Firefly Whistle, which is required to be able to catch Fireflies. A Firefly Jar, which can be bought at any Alcemical Vendor, is also required to catch Fireflies. A full jar of Fireflies, combined with 7 Barnacle Talc, can be made into a Plain Crystal, with the use of a Chrystalizer.
