A Wintry Place is a special street linked to from Northwest Passage, designed by Kukubee.
Wintry Place has a Sno Cone Vendor. Because of the coldness, you lose 1 energy for every second you stay in Wintry place. You can cease this by eating something hearty.
Directions
Go to Northwest Passage. About 1/4 of the way to the left edge of the street, there should be some rocks you can jump up in order to get to the upper left corner of Northwest Passage (not underground). You will see, floating in the air above the grass, a white snowy oval. Make sure you have enough energy to not die, then jump into the oval.
Also, another way to get in is to go to Newcot Close. Head to the bottom right corner of Newcot Close, and go behind the cave pillar. Press Enter to pick up the key (if its not there, wait about 10 minutes, and it will respawn.) Then, head back to the bottom middle-ish, and there will be a door to Wintry Place. Use your key to open it. Make sure you have enough energy to not die, then head into the door.
