Ti is one of the 11 giants
Ti is the overseer of odd and even numbers and the giant who manipulates all matters numerical. Unlike the other giants, Ti is neither male nor female. Or both male and female. It's either really simple or really confusing, depending how you look at it. Some reckon this is why Ti seems cold and distant. They are incorrect. Ti is merely calculating prime numbers. It's distracting.
