Fertilidust is used to increase tree health and bring dead trees back to life; the player gains 30 
for each tree revived. You can make this with a Beaker; the recipe is learned after completing the Master the Beaker quest.
In Eleven Alpha, the Tester tool provides unlimited Fertilidust so the players can revive trees, as there are not enough players petting and watering trees to keep them alive.
