Aspirational Home Improver is an achievement awarded for upgrading any type of Furniture 11 times. All furniture upgrades count toward this achievement, it does not need to be the same furniture item. To upgrade furniture, either select the furniture in your inventory and choose Upgrade or if the item is placed in your House go into Decoration mode and select Upgrade.
