The great thing about spices is their variety. The sucky thing about not having the 'Spice Millingskill is that you can sometimes fail when using your Spice Mill, plus it takes a long time and uses a lot of energy. Once you learn this, prepare for success every time you mill and faster, cheaper milling experience.
