Awesome Stew is a kind of Food made using an Awesome Pot. It is often considered the "best" food, because it gives the highest energy gain (+268) upon consumption. Cooking Awesome Stew costs -18 energy with Master Chef I and -9 energy with Master Chef II.
This recipe is unlocked after making 137 dishes with the Awesome Pot and earning the Golden Ladle Award achievement. In August 2011, the Glitch Strategy Blog featured a tutorial on how to unlock the recipe for Awesome Stew.
