Tips
A countdown timer buff will show how much time is remaining.
Teleportation has a five-minute cooldown, so this is easily possible as long as you keep moving away from your teleport-point streets, and don't get distracted by other actions but instead, make sure to teleport again as soon as the timer is over. It does require making sure you have enough food or other source of energy.
In the early alpha stage of Eleven, this was often a difficult quest, because teleporting to a street located on a different server wouldn't count for the quest.
