A Trophy is a display item rewarded by making or collecting a complete set of items. There are 4 musicblock trophies, one for each set of trant harvestables conversions (fruit, bubbles, gas, and spice), as well as ones for all five gems and all 11 emblems.
There were trophies for street creators in Alpha, but those were later retired.
There is also an Egg Hunter Trophy, which is unlike the others, in that it uses up the items needed to make it and can be made more than once; it functions more like the Game.
