A Wintry Place is a special street linked to from Northwest Passage, designed by Kukubee.
Wintry Place has a Sno Cone Vendor. Because of the coldness, you lose 1 energy for every second you stay in Wintry place. You can cease this by eating something hearty.
Directions
Go to Northwest Passage. About 1/4 of the way to the left edge of the street, there should be some rocks you can jump up in order to get to the upper left corner of Northwest Passage (not underground).
