Chunks of Sparkly are obtained from mining Sparkly rocks. Requires the Mining skill and a Pick or Fancy Pick.
Sparkly rock can be found in Ilmenskie Caverns, Uralia, and less frequently, in Groddle Heights and in underground areas.
