Jellisacs spawn every 2 game-hours in various locations of the Chakra Phool, Jethimadh, and Shimla Mirch areas, or in Jellisac Mounds on home streets. One of the best places to find Jellisacs is in Fjarcke in Shimla Mirch, which spawns around 15 clumps total.

With a Fuelmaker and the Fuelmaking I skill, you can make Fuel Cells from Jellisacs. Fuel cells supply power to Blockmakers, Woodworking Machines, Metal Machines, and Fuelmakers. Jellisacs are often needed for projects.
Only one Clump of Jellisac can be scooped at a time, but if you learn the skill Jellisac Hands I you have the possibility of getting a max harvest of three clumps of jellisac. Soil Appreciation II is needed before you are able to learn the Jellisac Hands skill.
Jellisacs are also made by carving Pumpkins, which can only be grown during Zilloween; both carving and smashing will produce 1 clump of jellisac.
