If anyone has ideas about how to improve the layout of the house page, go for it. - Amy Pond 10:51, 13 February 2011 (MST)

Maybe with all of this information we should just do a small preofile for each house, couple 100px of the ouside and inside along with some basic info.-Aniloverl 09:24, 19 March 2011 (MDT)

On it! I've actually been kicking together a little more info about each house. I strongly suspect the cupboard size is attached to not only the house size but the style of home as well. Until more people buy houses (only 18 home owners right now), I'll start putting the data on my user page to avoid having a bunch of blank data outward facing. I'll put together something we can easily maintain as housing editions are added. -- Travinara 19 Mar 2011 10:43 MDT

Maybe a table Pic exterior and interior, area, garden, plots, cabinet, price.

I'm working on tables that will include pics and information. I'm going to do a separate table for each region, mainly because of the new shimla mirch houses. I think it makes more sense than one giant table with a firefly swarm column that is only relevant to a small number of houses. But we can combine them later if people want. So far the table is an excel spreadsheet on my computer but I'll make a wiki table when I've organized it and filled in the information.
Ok, I put the Shimla Mirch table on my talk page. I'll wait for feedback before adding the others, since I'd rather not upload a separate images for each house interior and exterior if we're not going to use them. I like the idea of tables, but including even small images in them makes it hard to follow. - Amy Pond 10:39, 22 March 2011 (MDT)

Groddle Meadow Houses, patch information.

I live in a Pac-man/Mario themed house, it has five patches and a garden.

I'm not sure how this information is going to be formatted in the article, but I wanted to start a list of the different Meadow houses.

Are the Meadow houses the same as the houses in Groddle Forrest?

The meadow houses are the ones shown on the left in the article. They are different from the Groddle Forrest houses. I believe that all the large meadow houses have the same number of patches, all the medium houses have a smaller number, and all the small ones have an even smaller number. I agree it would be good to include the number of patches each size house has. If it's inconsistent within a given house size then it will be a little more challenging to get the information into the article, but I think a table would work. - Amy Pond 15:47, 26 February 2011 (MST)

Agreed, we should make a table or something (I love tables). I live in the oriental house and have 5 patches. Aniloverl 16:11, 26 February 2011 (MST)

Major rework of the core text, hope it spells things out a bit better. If I gather enough information about the cabinets and see the size varies by style even between sizes (I live in a medium disco with a 2x3 cabinet) I'll break the details out by the picture labels. Hopefully we get some more info about the Heights and Forest homes soon. -- Travinara 11 Mar 2011 00:10 MST

I alos have a 4x4 cabinet in the biggest house, the page says 5x3-Aniloverl 15:07, 11 March 2011 (MST)

Thanks Travinara, it looks great! I have a cave house but I'm not totally sure of the cabinet size. I didn't think to take any screenshots with the cabinet open! - Amy Pond 20:22, 11 March 2011 (MST)

Changed the Large Cabinet size to 4x4... You said 16 during the test and I thought I wrote it down wrong and went with 5x3. Thanks for re-confirming! We'll also need the info for the Shimla Mirch area if those get launched -- Travinara 23:51 11 Mar 2011 MST

Small houses have larger cabinets than medium houses? That seems odd. - Amy Pond 10:47, 12 March 2011 (MST)

I thought so too, but my disco is a Medium with a 2x3, and striatic's rook house is a small on the same street with a bigger cabinet. I was a little jealous when I found out. It is one of the things making me think the style of the home has a role to play. -- Travinara 12 Mar 2011 10:58 MST

Chick?

I thought every house came with a newborn chick, to encourage husbandry (the skill). Can someone confirm and/or add to the page? - Hburger 04:35, 19 March 2011 (MDT)
