There are three Bureaucratic Halls in Ur. One can be found on Gregarious Grange in the Groddle Meadow region of the world, another on Baeli Bray in the Muufo region, and the third is on Chego Chase in the Andra region. The only resource here is Bureaucratic water, which players can drink but has no other uses. In the Bureacratic Hall players can get papers and permits that for riding the subway and building a Tower.
