The Tutorial will have you complete a couple of small tasks before you enter the wider world of Ur. A Little Tutorial Reinforcement is a Quest given several minutes later, to remind you of the things you can do.
"A wise giant once said, repetition breeds love: go and find a pig to pet (then pet it), a patch to tend (then tend it) and a tree to water (and water it)."
