Sparkly Rock is a type of mining rock resource that appears on streets in Ur. With the Mining I skill and a Pick or Fancy Pick, a Glitchen can mine this resource for Chunks of Sparkly that can be crushed into Elements.
Sparkly can be found in Ilmenskie Caverns, Uralia, and less frequently, in Groddle Heights and in underground areas.
